Those early losses in Europe taught him to analyze, adjust and lead with resilience. As he advanced into corporate leadership, that mindset shaped how he built and strengthened organizations across the investment banking landscape.

His first major leadership role came at Hilco Global, where he helped create and run multiple financial services businesses over more than a decade. He later founded FON Advisors, a specialized firm serving aerospace, defense and government clients through advisory, valuation and private equity services. Under his guidance the company expanded into a broad alliance of affiliated entities across global markets. After selling the business, Frank continued to shape new ventures by establishing a mergers and acquisitions division at Cabrera Capital Markets, demonstrating again his ability to transform an idea into an operational platform.

BDO Capital Advisors invited Frank to join its leadership in 2024 with a clear mandate: elevate the firm’s presence in middle-market investment banking and broaden its advisory capabilities through thoughtful expansion. He recognized a team with potential and concentrated on systems that support both performance and learning. Headcount has grown significantly as he opens more structured development pathways from Analyst through Managing Director, fostering a sense of shared direction across seniority levels.

His philosophy centers on candor delivered with purpose. Frank tells clients and colleagues what advances their goals rather than what feels easiest to hear.
